Miami Heat 100 vs. Oklahoma City Thunder 96, (series tied 1-1)- The Heat rose up early in Game 2, with the score at one point in the first quarter being 18-2. The Heat led throughout the whole game and even when the Thunder made a mini-run, the Heat were able to withstand the charge and respond with a mini-run of their own.

The game started to get interesting in the fourth quarter, when the Thunder stared to make a run and had the Heat on the verge of losing. The were within three points with two minutes left when LeBron James made a bank-shot to really stop momentum by the Thunder.

Then with a minute left, the Thunder cut it within two, when Kevin Durant made a CLUTCH three and then on the inbound, LeBron James took it up the court and tried to make a three-pointer that was way off.

On the ensuing possession, Durant posted up LeBron and in a controversial call, Durant missed the 15 footer, but a foul should have been called because clearly  LeBron made contact with Durant’s arm during the shot. The intentional foul by LeBron iced the game for the Heat.

For the Thunder, the dynamic duo of Kevin Durant and Rusell Westbrook were amazing. Westbrook had 27 points, and Durant had 32 points, all the while Durant having five fouls.

Dwayne Wade and LeBron James were yet again stellar. Wade after coming off a dismal Game 1, came back strong slashing towards the rim and ending up with 26 points. LeBron had his fourth straight 30-point game with 32 points. But only 6 points in the fourth quarter.

It’s the Thunder’s first loss at home in the playoffs this year.
Game 3 and the next three (3,4,5) are in Miami.
